Supervisor | Roma – CPM Italy Cosine Italy collaborates with major global brands, combining data, experience and creativity to set effective sales strategies. As part of this dynamic multinational, you will work in a young, innovative and engaging environment. In this position you will manage a team of Ploom ambassadors, focusing on the launch of the heated tobacco product Ploom X, while achieving and improving sales results in your assigned territory. Responsibilities Monitor and evaluate the performance of Ploom Ambassadors. Guide specific channels to create customer engagement opportunities. Supervise continuous team training. Assist colleagues in the field to share best practices. Gather and interpret data and information useful for achieving objectives. Maintain regular contact with stakeholders at headquarters in Milano and on the field. Qualifications Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar supervisory role. Comfortable in team management and extensive knowledge of the reference territory. Strong network in events or ability to develop a large strategic network. Attention to detail and KPI focus to improve activity performance. Excellent communication and persuasive skills. Valid driving license (category B) and access to a vehicle.
