Where we need you: Job Title: SAP OTC Super UserDepartment: Plan & Deliver CoEDedication: Full timeLocation: Lainate, Via Clerici The SAP OTC Super User supports the full Order-to-Cash process, ensuring smooth handling of orders, deliveries, invoicing, receivables, credit management, and returns within SAP S/4HANA. They act as the key link between business users and IT, resolving system issues, testing new functionalities, and supporting process improvements. The role involves training end users, preparing documentation, and ensuring compliance with global standards. Strong collaboration skills are required to work effectively in an international, cross-functional environment. Your core responsibilities at a glance: Support end users in the OTC process, resolving system issues and acting as first-line support for SAP SD/OTC. Manage and test order, delivery, and invoice documents, ensuring accurate and efficient processing. Train employees, prepare user guides, and create documentation to support system usage. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (FI, MM, WM/TM) to troubleshoot and resolve integrated process issues. Participate in system testing, rollouts, and implementation projects to support continuous improvements. Identify opportunities for process optimization and suggest SAP system enhancements. The ideal recipe for our new SAP OTC Super User: Required: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Finance, Information Systems, or related field. 3+ years of experience Proficiency in English Soft Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills Analytical and problem-solving mindset. Proactive, adaptable, and detail-oriented. Functional Skills: In-depth knowledge of SAP SD/OTC processes (orders, deliveries, invoicing, credit management, returns). SAP S/4HANA. Understanding system integrations with FI, MM, WM/TM. Experience in end-user support, testing, and documentation. Ability to identify and drive process improvements.
