We move fast, we take ownership, and we win together.THE ROLEWe are looking for a Marketing Strategist to lead the launch and early growth of Wingstop in Italy.This role owns the end-to-end marketing strategy for market entry — from brand awareness and launch execution to driving profitable sales and long-term brand equity. You will work closely with the franchisor, agency partners, and internal stakeholders to deliver a best-in-class brand opening and establish Wingstop with a new Italian consumer.This is a hands-on, high-ownership role.
