Position: Operations Customer ExpertLocation: Lisbon, PortugalMarket: Italian-Speaking Your Main Responsibilities As part of the Customer Service Operations team, you will:Respond to customer requests via email, chat, contact forms, and calls Handle support tickets related to general queries, refunds, or incomplete services Call users to speed up case resolution and improve communication Perform back-office tasks that may involve outbound calls Conduct outbound calls to promote products, collect feedback, and support customer success Maintain accurate records using CRM tools Achieve performance goals and respect deadlines Provide operational feedback and escalate cases when neededSalary Package With & Without Accommodation Option 1 With Apartment (Company Housing Included) Total Gross Cash Compensation: 1,050 / monthIncludes:Monthly holiday & Christmas allowances Meal allowance (7 per working day) Apartment benefit-in-kind (200 declared on payslip, tax-free until 31/12/2026) Health insurance from day one Potential productivity bonus (performance-based)Option 2 Without Apartment (You Arrange Your Own Housing) Total Gross Cash Compensation: 1,379.00 / monthIncludes:Higher base salary (no apartment benefit) Monthly holiday & Christmas allowances Health insurance from day one Potential productivity bonus (performance-based)Training InformationSchedule: 8 hours/day Training content includes system onboarding, customer management, product training & on-the-job practice Training allowance: 42.72 per day
