ResponsibilitiesManaging and performing high quality technical advisory works for pre‑sales activitiesProject manager and interfacing between engineering disciplines (ESS electric, mechanical, civil, and control scheme)Providing technical input from initial assessment through to technical and economic feasibility of the project and integration with other electrical or generating plants as necessaryReviewing overall project conceptual design, detailed design and suggesting technical and design improvements for ESS projectsPreparation and management of specifications, tendering, negotiation and selection of battery storage system plantDue diligence of ESS projects and support to customer and lender throughout the financial close process, including technical liaison with legal and financial advisorsKnowledge of renewable generation, utility network connection quality studies and PCS dynamic performance approval process is an advantageEstablishing technical specifications as per European country regulations and international standards (IEC/IEEE)QualificationsBachelor's degree (Engineering) or equivalent (electrical preferred)Experience with BESS technologyIn‑depth knowledge and field expertise regarding BESS technologies, including emerging technologies and the international marketTechnical advisory experience toward investors, project developers and experience with BESS plant design dealing with technical advisory supportInternational solar PV or hybrid projects development and delivery experienceProven experience in technical review and communication with client and other project parties (utilities, BoP, EPC, etc.)Languages: Italian and English at least C1; other languages are an advantageBenefitsOpportunities for career advancementBonus payments based on pre‑agreed and signed KPI agreementsMultinational team with lots of European and trans‑European exchangePossibility for technical and commercial knowledge growth in string inverters, central inverters, inverter stations including transformer, switchTechnical and commercial training at headquarters in Germany and visits to the R&D facility in ChinaAbout usWe are a green tech company with young creative minds.
