About The Role We currently have an opportunity for a Housekeeping Supervisor to join our iconic Four Seasons Hotel Milano, in Italy What You Will Do This role reports to the Director of Housekeeping and will be responsible for leading the overall operations of the Housekeeping and Laundry department; assuring that our guest rooms, public areas and employee areas meet the highest standards of cleanliness. Responsibilities include ensuring that Four Seasons standards are met through team leadership, training and development, ensuring that costs are controlled without compromising quality, delivering the highest of standards consistently, leading guest interactions with the highest level of hospitality and professionalism, accommodating special requests wherever possible, budgeting and assuring the financial goals of the department are met, and establishing and maintaining cleaning and preventative maintenance programs to ensure appearance and life of all furniture, fixtures and equipment.
