The Sales Operations Specialist supports the Team in managing the sales process for the assigned customers/markets in quantitative terms (budget turnover and profit margins) and qualitative terms (in terms of alignment with the Brands indications in reference to the choice of product) making commercial choices independently if necessary but in any case in accordance with the guidelines received. The main objectives of the position include: 1) present and transmit to the Customer the DNA of the reference Collection during the appointment in the Showroom 2) Guarantee the achievement of the budget objectives set for the Customer while maintaining a correct product assortment in line with the identity of BrandQualifications :1.01 Supports the Sales Operations Manager in achieving commercial objectives by independently conducting orders and maximizing sales results (budget) ensuring an appropriate choice of product (quality)1.02 Supports the Sales Operations Manager and the Sales Operations Team in planning the Client Agenda1.03 Deepens and keeps his knowledge of the collection and seasonal projects constantly updated1.04 Carries out other operational activities assigned by his Manager relating to the maintenance of the Showroom in the different phases of the Process (pre-sales campaign back office post sales...)1.05 Studies and processes a preventive evaluation of assigned customers to define a product assortment compliant with the type of customer and maximize company profits (also specialists)1.06 Promotes the development of role learning through proactive activities team and digital aimed at innovation and improving the effectiveness-efficiency of its Responsibilities1.07 Promotes adopts and develops the use of digital technologies within its function in relation to both process management and in relations with the internal and external interlocutors involved in the business.1.08 Adopts behaviors and promotes operational/cultural actions for Sustainable Development understood as the interconnection of practices oriented towards the Care of the Environment Business Processes and Organizational Community1.09 Promotes the development of Role learning through proactive team and digital activities aimed at innovation and improving the effectiveness/efficiency of ones Responsibilities1.10 Promotes adopts and develops the use of digital technologies within ones function in relation to both management of the process and in relations with internal and external interlocutors involved in the business1.11 Adopts behaviors and promotes operational-cultural actions for Sustainable Development understood as the interconnection of practices oriented towards the Care of the Environment Business Processes and the Organizational CommunityAdditional Information :What are we looking for:Bachelor or Master DegreeStrong Sales aptitudeClient and results OrientationExcellent teamwork skillsPrevious experience in the role (at least 6 month)Good Knowledge of EnglishAvailability to travelRemote Work :NoEmployment Type :Full-timeKey SkillsCatering SalesAbinitioGoogle AnalyticsData MiningLoansVacancy: 1#J-18808-Ljbffr
