ROLE SUMMARY: We are seeking an outstanding primary school teacher to join our team at the Saint Louis School Caviglia campus in the south of Milan. Passionate about teaching and learning, you will be looking for a new role in a growing and ambitious school and keen to develop your craft as a creative and innovative classroom practitioner. For more information and to register, please click here: KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Serve as a homeroom teacher, supporting students’ academic progress, wellbeing, and pastoral care. Plan and deliver engaging, skill- and knowledge-based lessons tailored to individual needs. Use formative and summative assessments to track progress, implement interventions, and raise achievement. Source and embed relevant resources to enhance teaching and learning. Contribute to curriculum development, teaching methods, and assessment at class, phase, and whole-school level. Participate in ongoing professional learning and curricular updates. Maintain high standards through collaboration, clear communication, and effective teaching. Monitor and report on pupil progress in line with school policy. Contribute to interdisciplinary projects and ensure dynamic classroom and school displays. Collaborate with colleagues and support services to enrich the student experience. Demonstrate strong organisational skills and meet all deadlines. Engage actively in school life, including clubs, trips, competitions, and events. Represent the school positively in all settings, both in person and online. Perform any other reasonable duties as assigned by school leadership.
