We are looking for a Senior Financial Analyst / Senior Accountant who will be responsible for general accounting, financial analysis, preparing Italian statutory financial statements, monthly reporting to foreign Corporate Headquarter and support the external consultant in preparing tax disclosures.The resource will join the Italian Finance team and will collaborate with both the Finance Department of the Canadian Headquarter and the administrative Office of the Polish subsidiary, reporting to the Italian CEO.The candidate, who will work under local supervision, will be responsible for:Accounting, monthly accruals, assets, cost/revenue reconciliations, trial balances, and variance analysis;Supervision of the accounting of a European subsidiary (in collaboration with the foreign consultant);Fulfillment of tax and civil law obligations, including financial statements, VAT returns, tax returns, and any other mandatory declarations or communications;Monthly financial reporting to Canadian Headquarters;Planning and execution of the annual audit process, ad hoc analysis, and assistance to auditors;
