Purpose of Position The successful candidate will be responsible and focused on supporting Finance within IFS ensuring compliance and alignment with regional localization requirements, maintenance, and continuous improvement of enterprise applications, ensuring optimal performance and alignment with business needs. Description of Main Activities Provide L1, L2, and / or L3 support for ERP application Configuration and optimization of financial modules and rules Ensure accuracy and compliance of accounting and reporting processes with regulationsli> Perform root cause analysis and resolve incidents within defined SLAs Coordinate with development teams and System Integrators for issue resolution and enhancements Maintain technical documentation, knowledge bases, and runbooks Participate in change management and release planning processes Support business users with issue resolution and application training as needed Requirements Education Bachelor’s degree in computer science , Information Technology, or Economics and Business Administration Professional Skills Proven experience in Infor M3 Finance Modules (AP, AR, GL, Product Costing) and configuration is a must Proven experience in application support or a similar role Familiarity with ITSM tools (e.g., Service Desk) Experience supporting ERP (SAP, Oracle, Dynamics NAV etc.) Experience with databases (SQL), basic scripting Equal Opportunity Statement We welcome applications from candidates of all genders, backgrounds, identities, nationality, ethnic origin, sexual orientation, marital status, disability, parental responsibilities, age, religion, or belief.
