Event Officer

We are looking for a motivated young professional to join us as a V.I.E. event management specialist. The position will be based at Palazzo Mezzanotte Euronexts headquarters in Milan and will start on 1 January 2026.You will be primarily responsible for:Assisting in the day‑to‑day operational management of the congress centre ensuring the highest quality of service for clients and partnersSupporting the development of innovative business ideas and event concepts to expand the range of services offeredContributing to the sales and promotion of event spaces and related servicesParticipating in the definition and implementation of commercial and marketing strategies in coordination with the management teamConducting market research and analysis to identify new trends and business opportunitiesCollaborating with different departments (events communication administration) to ensure smooth and efficient operationsSupporting budget revenue and cost analysisYour profile:Strong organisational and interpersonal skillsCommercial mindset with a proactive approach to business developmentCreativity initiative and team spiritFluent in Italian and EnglishPassion for the events communication and hospitality sectorsWorking with us means:Gaining hands‑on experience in a dynamic and internationally recognised congress centreContributing to the growth and visibility of a prestigious venue hosting a wide range of high‑profile eventsApply by submitting a CV in English.Join Euronext Shape capital markets for future generations.
