Founded in 1990, DEGSON is a world-renowned manufacturer of overall solutions for industrial connectors. DEGSON owns professional laboratory, meeting the standard of UL-CTDP(USA) and VDE-TDAP(Germany) , as well as CNAS accreditation. Market & Customer Insights : Conduct thorough market research, competitive analysis, and engage directly with customers to develop informed perspectives on technology trends, user needs, and opportunities for differentiation. Cross-Functional Leadership : Lead and collaborate with R&D, engineering, marketing, and sales teams in an agile environment to ensure successful product development, quality assurance, and timely launch. Drive the product launch process, develop sales enablement materials, and manage the product throughout its lifecycle—from conception to launch and eventual sunset. Continuously monitor product performance, user feedback, and key business metrics to identify areas for improvement and inform future strategy. Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field. Experience : 5+ years of dynamic product management experience, preferably in AEC software, data interoperability solutions, SaaS, or a related high-tech field. Industry Knowledge : Deep understanding of the AEC industry, BIM workflows, and data standards, with specific expertise in IFC schema and its practical applications. Experience with other AEC data formats is highly desirable. Strategic Skills : Proven success in overseeing all elements of the product development lifecycle, with strong analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills. Fluency in English is required. A fully remote, flexible work environment (Home-based).
