The purpose of this role will be to maintain and improve the EPC working model and integration tools, monitoring the compliance/extension/quality of their implementation. Support their development and improvement overseeing the data model and architecture, conveying and analyzing user's feedback, specifying requirements, following developments and testing solutions.How can you support us? Here below your responsibilities:ResponsibilitiesWithin The Team In Charge To Develop And Maintain Processes And Tools For The Management Of Project Execution Phase (Material Management at Site, Workface Planning, Production Control, Weld & NDT, QC During Construction, Mechanical Completion / Commissioning / Preservation, Workforce Management), Contribute ToReview of internal work processes, data architecture and interfaces among EPC Functions in compliance with AWP requirementsSupervising the development and maintenance of software solutions by external suppliers in collaboration with a dedicated internal IT officeDeploy the process and tool to new Projects / Yards, train the trainers and final users in collaboration with a dedicated internal IT officeSupport the development and maintenance of reports in Power BIThe perspective is to contribute in the process / tool finalization and deployment and, as a second possible step, to be inserted in a Project Management Team as an EPC Integration Manager to lead the correct set-up and application of the process and tool.What are we looking for?Education: Master’s degree in management engineering or equivalent.Background: 1-3 years' experience as a data analyst engineer, business analyst, functional analysts, within industrial processes field, as production digitalization engineer.Languages: Italian and English B2/C1Technical And Soft SkillsManagement of software development: define requirements, liaise with analysts / programmers, build and execute test cases.Data analysis and management, aptitude to understand industrial work processes, initiative and creativity to identify optimal solutions.Must Have - Advanced MS Office; Nice to Have - Python, Power BIWork in team, commitment to results, continuous improvement mind-set, intercultural attitude.What else should you know?You will have the opportunity to travel abroad; availability is required for short-stay assignments abroad worldwide and long-stay in perspective.What Can We Offer To YouFixed-Term Contract (12 months) leading to permanent employment.Corporate Benefits: We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, discounts and partnerships, services related to health, family, and well-being.Our One Saipem Way soft skills model leverages on skills development, career growth, opportunities to innovate through complex challenges by promoting communication and collaboration to achieve common goals.Location: Milano Rogoredo (Home Office)Additional InformationWe support your development Do you feel you might not fit this role perfectly?
