Whether youve got deep experience in commercial real estate skilled trades or technology or youre looking to apply your relevant experience to a new industry join our team as we help shape a brighter way forward.Key Responsibilities Property & Tenant ManagementServe as the primary point of contact for all sub-tenant inquiries requests and escalationsBuild and maintain strong relationships with sub-tenants property management teams and landlordsEnsure compliance with lease terms and legal requirements across the portfolioCoordinate service visits with property management representatives and approved vendorsDrive high standards and consistency in lease requirement managementMonitor tenant satisfaction and proactively address concernsWorkplace OperationsProvide exceptional hospitality and support for guests visitors and team membersResolve facility-related issues including janitorial services conference room management workstation support and interior / exterior furnishings and equipmentCoordinate and schedule maintenance activities to meet defined Service Level Agreements (SLAs)Collaborate with internal departments (IT Security Kitchen Real Estate) to ensure high-quality project completionEnsure facility compliance with local building health safety and fire codesDevelop and implement operational procedures and standard operating practicesIdentify and present monthly cost-saving opportunities and operational improvementsVendor & Contract ManagementManage facility contracts as the clients designated managing agentCoordinate vendor discussions regarding goal setting performance criteria and reviewsMaintain strong relationships with suppliers and service providersMonitor service delivery quality and contractor performanceAdministrative & Event SupportCoordinate special events for clients and JLL initiativesHandle mail services including pickup delivery postage preparation and courier coordinationSupport various administrative tasks to ensure smooth daily operationsAssist with workplace technology integration and facility improvementsClient Relations & Business DevelopmentRepresent JLL and clients professionally in the local and regional business communityPromote JLLs reputation and capabilities to prospective tenants and clientsLead efforts to monitor and enhance customer satisfactionServe as brand ambassador for facility management excellenceExperience & Education Minimum 2 years of experience in facilities management property management or related field. Demonstrated experience in customer service and relationship management. Background in vendor management and contract coordination preferred.Technical Skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint Outlook). Experience with facility management systems and technologies. Esperienza comprovata in servizio clienti e gestione relazioni. Background in gestione fornitori e coordinamento contratti preferibile.Competenze Tecniche Competenza in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint Outlook). Esperienza con sistemi e tecnologie di gestione strutture.
