Consultant Adecco ricerca, per azienda del settore metalmeccanico, la figura di un HSE Support or, di seguito le attività che andrà a gestire:Supporto al Responsabile del Sistema Qualità e al responsabile HSE durante gli audit di certificazione ISO 9001/14001 e 45001E il referente per gli Enti Pubblici in merito a permessi e autorizzazioni legaliSupportare laggiornamento annuale del Piano delle rilevazioni e dei controlli e del monitoraggioÈ il contatto per le comunicazioni interne/esterne in materia di AmbienteE il referente per lRSPP, il Medico e il Rappresentante dei lavoratori per la SicurezzaSupporto alla gestione dei rifiuti (Fornitori, Modulistica, aggiornamento registri, ..)Assistenza allRSPP durante le ispezioni dei luoghi di lavoro e per le attività di aggiornamento DVRControllo/aggiornamento/organizzazione del calendario degli allenamenti e delle visite mediche del personaleGestione e consegna DPI e abbigliamento aziendaleControllo/aggiornamento/organizzazione della manutenzione delle macchine e delle attrezzature aziendaliCoordinare le attività per le azioni correttive e preventiveDefinire le esigenze di formazione per la qualità e coordinare la formazioneAggiornare e monitorare le attività per i controlli di documenti e registriGestione dello spazio (5S) ottimizzazione dellarea di produzionePianificazione delle esigenze e dei requisiti imminenti della strutturaPreparazione di report e statistiche varieSi offre:Assunzione diretta con contratto a tempo indeterminato; la retribuzione verrà commisurata in base all’esperienza maturata (budget per la selezione 30 k)
