Our team is responsible for the assembly of high-quality and innovative products.ResponsibilitiesAs Lead Project Management Specialist, you will allocate and execute new projects, to deliver to cost, specification, schedule and quality with respect to an agreed tender / order, identifying potential risks and opportunities arising during execution.Attending the hand-over meeting of projects from tendering / sales to execution (organized by tendering) as well as pre-bid meetings for dedicated projectsResponsible for issuing Order acknowledgement for dedicated projects as per PS 7236 procedureOrganizing project kick-off meeting with internal stakeholders as well as kick-off meeting with the internal CustomerSupporting other Project Managers, Project Management organization and project team members.Coordinating activities of respective departments to deliver the project on time and in requested qualityWhere applicable, PM elaborates regular reporting to the CustomerHandling all commercial negotiations (variations to contracted scope, warranty, claims, disputes)Collecting and provide to finance department all evidence for fulfilment of the
