Our mission is to unlock the potential of Generative AI by tapping into real-world expertise from across the globe.The RoleWe are seeking experienced Civil Engineers with Python skills to train and evaluate AI models on realistic civil engineering problems. This role emphasizes engineering judgment and analytical rigor, not drafting or software development.What You’ll DoDesign technically rigorous civil engineering problems grounded in practiceEvaluate AI solutions for engineering accuracy and assumptionsUse Python (NumPy, Pandas, SciPy) to validate calculations or analyze outputsImprove AI reasoning to align with codes, standards, and professional logicApply structured scoring criteria to assess model performanceHow To ApplyApply with your resume (English). Complete a short qualification process and get matched to projects aligned with your specialization.Effort estimateTasks for this project are estimated to take 6-10 hours to complete, depending on complexity. This is an estimate and not a schedule requirement; you choose when and how to work.
