EUR 50.000 - 70.000 Overview HR Business Partner COME TO BUILD THE BUSINESS OF THE FUTURE We are looking for HR Business Partner in Lombardia If you’re looking for change, and you’re ready to make changes … we’re looking for you Responsibilities Daily management of the HR operations, being the interface towards the business; Manage employees on HR matters and Industrial Relations topic; Manage day-to-day HR activities and daily BU/Teams needs; Working closely with L&D on Leadership Empowerment; Facilitate the implementation of Special Projects for specific business environment by supporting the Line Managers and HR Team; Working closely to business supporting organizational changes, mitigate people related risks, cost optimization, acting; Organize and manage internal and external recruiting process, managing Induction process for new employees; Delivery of the HR plans, Policies and Procedures; Collaborate with VP Director to solve HR issues, identify countermeasures or propose solutions What we need from you At least 3 years experience as HR Plant or HR Business Partner roles in a multinational or complex environment from Manufacturing Industries; Bachelors degree in Legal or Economic Strong experience within Industrial Relations Leadership attitude and able to work independently and with full autonomy Strong interpersonal relationships with distinct levels in the organization Attitudes towards negotiation and leading projects and people #J-18808-Ljbffr
