As Principal Engineer, PC Tool Development, you shape cross‑site GUI tools that simplify complex applications for customers. You lead a distributed team while delivering high‑quality Qt6/C++ GUI components within an agile environment. You partner with stakeholders to align feature roadmaps with business needs and provide training and support. This role offers impact on product usability, team growth, and scalable GUI solutions within a sustainable, innovative tech company.

salary range €63.360 - €87.120
Responsabilità Lead and develop a distributed, cross‑site team with regular 1:1s, goal setting, performance reviews, and conflict management
Plan and coordinate development activities including milestones, build management, and release processes
Ensure high technical quality through performance optimization and bug fixing
Develop complex GUI components and features using Qt6, QML and C++ in an agile setting
Manage stakeholders by presenting feature roadmaps and providing support and training
Requisiti fondamentali Degree in Computer Science, Physics, Mathematics, or a related field
Experience leading technical teams with performance reviews, mentoring, and conflict management
10+ years of GUI development experience with Qt6 and C++ (QML a plus)
Strong Agile experience (Scrum and Kanban, sprint planning, backlog management)
Fluent English
