OverviewDescrizione dell’offerta di lavoroAs a Sr. Electrical Engineer, you will design, develop, and validate electrical systems for Ring devices and services. You will lead complex technical projects, mentor junior engineers, and collaborate with cross‑functional teams to deliver innovative hardware solutions that delight our customers. You will also leverage AI tools and methodologies to enhance electrical design processes and outcomes.Key responsibilitiesLead electrical hardware development projects from concept through productionDesign and develop analog and digital circuits for consumer electronicsCreate and review schematics and PCB layoutsDevelop power management solutions and power distribution networksImplement high‑speed digital interfaces and ensure signal integrityDesign for EMI / EMC compliance and conduct pre‑compliance testingDevelop electrical test plans and validation proceduresTroubleshoot and resolve complex electrical issuesCollaborate with firmware, mechanical, and manufacturing teamsDocument designs, test results, and technical specificationsEvaluate new components and technologies for future productsManage relationships with external vendors and manufacturing partnersApply AI tools and techniques to optimize electrical designs and processesCollaborate with data scientists to develop AI‑driven solutions for electrical engineering challengesAbout the teamThe Ring Accessories Hardware Development team creates the devices that millions of customers use every day. The base pay for this position ranges from $128,600 / year in our lowest geographic market up to $213,600 / year in our highest geographic market.
