Our team believes in pushing boundaries, embracing innovation, and developing solutions that support the holistic well‑being of our global workforce.Basic QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Business, HR, Technology, or related field.Demonstrated expertise in employee benefits management in Spain and/or Portugal.Proficiency in Spanish (C2) and English (C1).Understanding of Collective Bargaining Agreements and regulatory requirements.Experience with AI and technology tools for data analytics and process automation.Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.Preferred QualificationsExperience with large‑scale HR benefits programs.Expertise in developing scalable AI‑enabled solutions.Advanced knowledge of benefits‑related data analysis.Proven track record of technological innovation and process simplification.Demonstrated ability to collaborate across diverse organizational environments.Amazon is an equal opportunities employer.
