JOB DESCRIPTION : Role PurposeThe AlinIQ Informatics Technical Specialist is a client-facing technical expert responsible for the end-to-end delivery of AlinIQ Digital Health applications. This role requires a blend of technical proficiency, strong communication skills, and critical thinking to ensure high levels of client satisfaction and successful project execution.Key Responsibilities Strategic ResponsibilitiesAct as a trusted advisor to customers, understanding their needs and proposing tailored solutions.Provide feedback for product enhancements based on customer insights.Foster a culture of high customer service and satisfaction.Operational ResponsibilitiesExecute project work plans with a focus on timely delivery and risk mitigation.Configure and integrate AlinIQ products according to customer specifications.Deliver training and provide ongoing customer support.Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation and systems of record.Participate actively in team and customer meetings.Be available for shift work and travel to client sites as required.QualificationsBachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Information Systems, Medical or Hospital Informatics, or related disciplines.13 years of experience installing, configuring, or maintaining diagnostics laboratory informatics applications.Skills & KnowledgeStrong understanding of diagnostics laboratory workflows and technologies.Experience with laboratory information systems, middleware analyzer management systems, or inventory management systems.Hands‑on experience implementing and supporting laboratory informatics systems is highly desirable.Proficiency in MS Office and project management tools like MS Project or SmartSheet.Key CompetenciesExcellent verbal and written communication skills.Strong customer‑facing capabilities.Attention to detail and commitment to quality.Innovative mindset with a proactive approach to problem‑solving and risk escalation.Key SkillsDhcp, SQL, Active Directory, VOIP, VMware, Customer Service, Windows, Troubleshooting, Java, VPN, SharePoint, hardware, DNS, Technical Support, Software Applications.The base pay for this position is N / A.In specific locations the pay range may vary from the range posted.JOB FAMILY: Field Services.DIVISION: CRLB Core Lab.LOCATION: Italy.Milan: Viale Edison 110 Edison Park Centre.WORK SHIFT: Standard.TRAVEL: Yes 75 % of the Time.MEDICAL SURVEILLANCE: Not Applicable.SIGNIFICANT WORK ACTIVITIES: Not Applicable.Required Experience: IC.Employment Type: Full-Time.Experience: years.Vacancy: 1.#J-18808-Ljbffr
