OverviewWe are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as an Italian-speaking Customer Care Advisor in Lisbon. As a Customer Advisor Agent, you will play a crucial role in ensuring a seamless and positive experience for our Italian-speaking customers. You will be responsible for addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues via e-mail/phone calls. Location and ModelLocation: Lisbon, Portugal Work model: Remote (Must be in Portugal or relocate) Relocation Support offered for international candidates* It includes: €1.000 to €2.000 signing bonus Reloation assistance (flight reimbursement) Option to have accommodation included RequirementsItalian C2 level English B2 level Customer-Centric or Sales Attitude Excellent Communication Skills Problem-Solving Abilities Adaptability: You are comfortable with multitasking in a dynamic and fast-paced work environment.
