The brand was established in 1968 by Mrs. Jil Sander, it is directed by Simone Bellotti, and it was acquired by the OTB Fashion Group in 2021.About the roleWe are looking for a motivated and detail‑oriented Store Planner to join our team. In this role, you will work closely with the Store Planning Project Manager and support the entire lifecycle of Jil Sander store openings. You will play an active part in coordinating activities, ensuring timelines are met, and contributing to the delivery of high‑quality retail environments.ResponsibilitiesSupport the development of 2D and 3D designs using appropriate design programs (AutoCAD – Rhino)Ensure compliance with the defined contractual terms, in terms of time and costs for assigned projectsCoordinate with other company functions involved in the process (Procurement, Legal, Real Estate) and with the internal client (Retail, Operations, Merchandise, and Visual Merchandiser) to comply with company and brand guidelinesCoordinate consultants and suppliers to ensure compliance with production and installation timelines and costsPlan and manage the processes required for store openings, constantly monitoring their developmentEngineer the concept and develop project proposals, including appropriate technical solutions that meet budget and time requirementsSystematically monitor construction site progress by conducting inspections and visitsVerify the quality of the results and the successful completion of the installation during the handover phase, including the development of snagging/wishlists and subsequent verification of the completion of the proceduresRequirementsDegree in ArchitectureAt least 5 years of previous experience in a similar roleExcellent knowledge of EnglishExcellent knowledge of AutoCADExcellent knowledge of 3D design software (Rhino)Flexibility and speed of executionAbility to manage project schedules, costs, and prioritiesAbility to manage and coordinate suppliers and contractorsKnowledge of economic and financial matters (budget, capex, etc.)Completing the profile: good interpersonal and communication skills, flexibility, a methodical and structured approach, and a strong problem‑solving attitudePrivacy policy available here: Milan, Lombardy, Italy#J-18808-Ljbffr
