You will also collaborate positively with the team, demonstrating courtesy, friendliness and kindness.Key ResponsibilitiesSupporting the customer in the sale.Maintaining, managing and handling merchandise on display.Replenishing stock to ensure maximum availability.Maintaining order and cleanliness in the store.Managing fitting rooms following company guidelines.Knowledge, Skills and Abilities requiredPrevious experience as Sales Assistant in established retail (fashion and footwear).Excellent knowledge of English (additional languages considered a plus).Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Reliability, dynamism, courtesy and flexibility in schedules.Initial placement on a fixed‑term contract, part time (20 hours per week).K-Way is committed to creating a supportive and motivating work environment, promoting collaboration and open dialogue, welcoming every voice and idea.
