This role offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic and international environment that values innovation and sustainability. You will be involved in a wide range of procurement activities, supporting both strategic initiatives and day-to-day operations across various categories.How you create impactManage supplier selection, qualification, and onboarding processes, including benchmarking and contract reviews in collaboration with internal stakeholders.Coordinate procurement operations across categories such as telecommunications, car fleet, general services, and facility management.Oversee administrative and back‑office tasks, including invoicing, documentation, and process digitalization.Monitor supplier performance, delivery timelines, and compliance with company policies, while supporting issue resolution.Produce advanced reports and data analysis to track KPIs, supplier performance, and cost optimization opportunities.Support operational needs such as SIM activations, mobile device management, car rental contracts, and office supply coordination.Supervise general services including vending machines, meal vouchers, courier services, branding materials, and IT consumables.Collaborate with global procurement teams to implement best practices and innovative digital tools, fostering alignment between local and global strategies.What we would like you to bring2–5 years of experience in procurement or a similar role.High school diploma required; a university degree in a relevant field is a plus.Native Italian speaker with good command of English (fluency preferred).Strong proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.Excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, and a proactive problem‑solving mindset.Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team and engage with management.What's in it for you By joining the Kuehne+Nagel team, you will have the opportunity to work in a safe and stable environment, with a strong focus on physical and mental well‑being.
