ResponsibilitiesHave an in-depth understanding of digital energy-related businesses and gain insight into the requirements and trends of the European market. Define and design innovative plant control and microgrid solutions that meet customer needs and address their pain points. Work closely with the product team to guide product development and technology roadmap development. Establish and maintain strategic partnerships with European power companies. Represent the company at industry conferences and events to showcase our technical capabilities and thought leadership. Participate in promoting the evolution of industry standards. Build a core team, gain insight into and analyze the latest technologies in the industry, provide strategies for related products of the company, make breakthroughs in key technologies, and build the core competitiveness of related technologies.Position requirements10+ years of experience in Power Plant Controller (PPC) or Micro Grid Controller (MGCC). Familiar with the delivery process of new energy power plants and micro-grid projects in Europe and the interconnection process of Grid Tie Optimizer (GTO). Have led the R&D of products or solutions that have been used in multiple 100 MW or larger projects in Europe. Have an in-depth understanding of power plant scenarios, and understand the pain points of European power plant users and project implementation issues. Excellent communication and leadership skills, able to work effectively with China HQ and external partners. Experience in optical power forecasting, power market forecasting, VPP (Virtual Power Plant) one or more features development is preferred. Power system software background is preferred.
