We deliver acute hospital, primary, community and mental health care services to a population of over 1.15 million and a wider population of 2.2 million when our regional and national services are included.The shift pattern for this post is 3 days per week.This is a Fixed term post for 9 months.You need to have a live NMC UK pin in order to be considered for this post.This is a key role within a Community Adult Mental Health Team. As a Nurse Team Leader you will be responsible and accountable for the delivery of an accessible, high quality and effective service to community mental health patients by working in partnership with patients, MDT, care providers and other agencies. You will ensure a person‑centred approach to care delivery which is safe and effective to maintain the mental health strategy.
