Assist the Project Quality Manager/Quality Control Manager in all activities related to the management of Quality records in both electronic and physical formats. Ensure correct filing of Quality documentation according to defined procedures and prepare QA/QC dossiers for project completion and client handover.Location:Project-based (International assignments)Experience Level:3-8 yearsKey ResponsibilitiesEnsure completion of Inspection and Test Records by system or as required, jointly with QC SupervisorsHighlight any outstanding quality control activities to be performed to enable project completionSupport Quality Control Manager in preparing QA/QC dossiers to satisfy milestone target datesCollect quality record documents issued in conformity with approved Quality Control PlansEnsure timely data entry in QA/QC tools according to project organizational setupSupervise activities of resources dedicated to uploading data into QA/QC toolsEnsure electronic copy of final QA/QC documentation is ready in due time and formats for client deliveryVerify proper filing and traceability of quality documentationManage quality records in compliance with agreed procedures and contractual requirementsQualifications Education:Technical diploma or Associate degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related fieldBachelor's degree preferredExperience:3-8 yearsin document control, quality records management, or quality coordination rolesExperience in oil & gas, construction, or engineering project environmentsBackground in managing quality documentation and databasesSite-based or project office experience requiredTechnical Skills:Strong knowledge of company EDMS (Electronic Document Management Systems)Ability to configure and analyze WBS and progress calculations in EDMSProficiency in creating and analyzing in-depth reportsUnderstanding of data model databases and architectureFamiliarity with document control procedures and filing systemsExperience with quality management databases and toolsQuality Knowledge:Understanding of ISO 9001 Quality Management System fundamentalsKnowledge of Quality Control Plans and inspection activitiesFamiliarity with quality certification schemes (ISO 9001, API Q2, ISO 29001)Basic understanding of NDT methodologies, welding processes, and inspection activitiesAwareness of project quality activities and proceduresCore Competencies:Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skillsStrong documentation and record-keeping abilitiesProcess analysis and procedure development understandingCommunication and coordination skillsAbility to work under deadlines and manage multiple prioritiesTeam collaboration and support capabilitiesProfits What an amazing careerExciting training courses to ensure you never stop learningA community listening to your ideasRespecting your work/life balanceBe part of life at SEGULA Company Description Segula Technologies is a global engineering leader in the energy, power, and oil and gas sectors, partnering with major industry players on flagship projects worldwide.
