What impact will you make?Experienced - IT Business Engagement & Compliance Project Specialist - NextHub BariWe are looking for an IT Business Engagement & Compliance Project Specialist to join our BE Project Management & Compliance team. The role supports business initiatives by ensuring that all IT-related project activities are effectively planned, executed, monitored and compliant with corporate and regulatory standards.As part of a IT team, you will act in connection with business functions, coordinating IT deliverables within projects, overseeing compliance aspects, and contributing to project reporting and stakeholder communication.Your roleCoordinate and manage IT-related activities within business initiatives.Monitor project progress, costs, risks, and issues related to IT activities, ensuring proper governance and escalation where needed.Oversee IT provisioning processes, including access setup, environments, and technical enablement.Ensure alignment with IT compliance, data protection, and security requirements throughout the project lifecycle.Collaborate with business and external project teams, focusing on IT deliverables and ensuring consistency with internal policy and standards.Participate in project meetings with business stakeholders, providing clear and timely updates on IT components.Support Business Engagement Leads in preparing documentation, project reports, and stakeholder communications.Winning requirementsUniversity degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Economics, or related fields.Previous experience in project management, IT governance, or compliance roles.Working knowledge of IT processes (ITIL, service management, change management) and project management methodology (Prince2, PMP).Proficiency in collaboration and tracking tools (Suite Office, ServiceNow).To Make An Impact That MattersIl network Deloitte, leader nei servizi professionali alle imprese, opera a livello globale in più di 150 Paesi con oltre 460 mila persone.In Italia, Deloitte è presente in 24 città con circa 13.400 persone che assistono i clienti offrendo servizi di Audit & Assurance, Technology & Transformation, Strategy, Risk & Transactions Advisory e Tax & Legal.In qualità di network globale ci impegniamo per affrontare le principali sfide sociali, economiche e ambientali della società di oggi.
