Per maggiori informazioni, visitare tetris-db.com.Role DescriptionThe Construction Manager, reporting directly to company management, will be responsible for all strategic and operational activities that bring projects to completion within agreed timelines and budgets.Operating with strong autonomy, the successful candidate must have experience in managing design, construction sites, costs, schedules, and team coordination. Capable of managing the entire project lifecycle, they will implement processes and methods to guide teams, consultants, and subcontractors, particularly on technically complex projects, monitoring critical path elements and promptly communicating potential risks and delays to leadership.With responsibility for budget and margin performance, the role requires specialized expertise in construction costs, including estimates, subcontractor bid evaluation, construction cost monitoring, direct purchasing, active and passive progress
