As part of ABB Robotics, you lead the business side of strategic enterprise platforms to enable the company’s transformation and operating model. You collaborate with IS and business leaders to drive platform strategy, adoption, and value realization, with a key focus on SAP S/4HANA. You balance business objectives with technology decisions to scale platforms and support long-term growth. This role sits in Europe with hybrid work, offering a high-impact opportunity to shape ABB’s robotics transformation.
Responsabilità Define and drive the enterprise platform strategy, roadmap, and governance aligned with ABB Robotics' strategy.
Lead business ownership of ERP/S/4HANA and other strategic platforms, ensuring integrated requirements.
Standardize and simplify processes to enable scalable enterprise solutions.
Align stakeholders across Business Lines, Functions, Process Excellence, Data, and IS.
Drive business readiness, change adoption, and realized value from platform transformations.
Manage dependencies across platform roadmaps and broader transformation portfolio.
Lead and develop the Platforms team and cross-functional delivery networks
Requisiti fondamentali Significant experience in enterprise platform, ERP, or business transformation initiatives in global organizations
Proven track record delivering large-scale ERP transformations; SAP S/4HANA experience highly desirable
Strong understanding of enterprise processes, data, operating models, and technology interactions
Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional transformations balancing strategic and operational needs
Strong commercial, financial, and business acumen with ability to evaluate trade-offs
Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills, including senior executives
