Opera nella produzione di soluzioni chimiche ad elevato contenuto tecnico destinate a numerosi settori industriali, tra cui automotive, fashion, footwear, packaging e arredo.Chi cerchiamo?Un Accounts Receivable & Credit Management Specialist che, a diretto riporto della Team Leader Finance, presidierà l’intero ciclo attivo, la gestione del credito verso clienti italiani ed esteri e il coordinamento con stakeholder interni ed esteri.Cosa fa l’Accounts Receivable & Credit Management Specialist?Mantiene e governa il sistema di fatturazione e il libro mastro clientiGestisce il cut-off delle vendite, il riconoscimento dei ricavi e le riconciliazioni contabili legate agli incassiSegue il credit management: solleciti, monitoraggio scadenziari, analisi del rischio, gestione contestazioniSi interfaccia con assicurazioni del credito e società di factoringGestisce la documentazione finanziaria internazionale, incluse lettere di credito e aspetti amministrativi legati a incoterms, rischio Paese e vendite extra-UECalcola provvigioni agenti, sconti, rebate trimestrali/annuali e fondo svalutazione creditiSupporta le chiusure mensili e le attività di reportingCollabora con Customer Service e team interni, dialogando direttamente con clienti italiani e internazionaliContribuisce all’implementazione di SAP e al trasferimento di processi oggi gestiti da team europeiMust HaveLaurea o Diploma in Finanza/Accounting3–5 anni di esperienza nel ruoloConoscenza di SAP FI/COOttima conoscenza della lingua inglese (scritta e parlata)Buona conoscenza di IFRS e IT GAAPEsperienza nella gestione del credito, factoring e assicurazioni del creditoFamiliarità con lettere di creditoOttima padronanza di MS OfficeSoft SkillsCapacità organizzative e precisioneSpirito di squadra e collaborazioneAutonomia, problem solving, capacità di gestire complessità operative e progettualiCosa offriamo?Inserimento con contratto di sostituzione maternità (1 anno)Contesto internazionalePremio di produzione annualeWelfare aziendaleMensa aziendaleOrario flessibileSede di lavoro: Paderno Dugnano (MI)Modalità di lavoro: ibrida (11 giorni al mese smart-working al mese)Annuncio rivolto a candidati ambosessi (D.Lgs 198/2006)#J-18808-Ljbffr
