We are looking for a Cost & Budget Analyst to join our team and support cost tracking, budgeting activities, and product portfolio analysis. The role is ideal for a mid-level professional with strong analytical skills and advanced Excel expertise, capable of transforming data into actionable insights for business decision-making.Key ResponsibilitiesMonitor and track project costs, ensuring accuracy and transparencyAnalyze Budget vs Actual deviations and support forecast updatesSupport annual budgeting and rolling forecast processesPerform profitability analysis by product, line, or portfolioDevelop and maintain Excel-based reports and dashboardsAutomate reporting processes and improve data efficiencyProvide financial insights to support pricing and portfolio decisionsCollaborate with engineering and finance teams through the Cleantech OrganizationRequired Skills & ExperienceAt least 5 years of experience in cost controlling, budgeting, or financial analysisAdvanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including:Pivot Tables & Power PivotAdvanced formulas (XLOOKUP, INDEX / MATCH, SUMIFS, IF, etc.)Power Query for data transformationVBA / Macros (nice to have)Strong understanding of cost controlling, project planning and financial principlesExperience in industrial or manufacturing environments is a plusFamiliarity with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, Qlik) is a plusProficient English is a must, French knowledge (nice to have)SAP knowledgeSoft SkillsStrong analytical mindset and attention to detailAbility to manage priorities and meet deadlinesExcellent problem‑solving skillsClear communication and data storytelling capabilitiesProactive and structured approachEducationDegree in Engineering, Economics, Finance, or related fieldsWhat We OfferA key role in a structured and evolving organizationDirect impact on business decisions and product strategyOpportunities for professional growthContinuous learning on data analytics tools#J-18808-Ljbffr
