Il ruolo Rispondendo al Sales -Marketing & Aftersales Director, sarai il punto di riferimento operativo per le attività di Product Marketing e Marketing Operativo. Collaborerai con R&D, area commerciale, operations e rete distributiva per valorizzare l’offerta, supportare i lanci e realizzare materiali tecnico-commerciali di alta qualità. Le tue attività Raccoglierai insight strutturati da vendite, distributori e installatori Condurrai benchmark sui competitor Definirai USP e messaggi chiave dei prodotti Tradurrai le specifiche tecniche in contenuti marketing orientati al valore per l’utente Contribuirai alla produzione di schede tecniche, brochure, presentazioni e materiali per la forza vendita Coordinerai operativamente il lancio di nuovi prodotti Preparerai i kit di lancio per la rete commerciale Aggiornerai i materiali e i database di prodotto Progetterai contenuti formativi per distributori e rete commerciale Gestirai campagne marketing online/offline Aggiornerai il sito web e le landing page di prodotto Coordinerai fornitori e budget operativi di marketing Potresti essere la persona giusta se Hai maturato 3–6 anni di esperienza in aziende manifatturiere B2B industriali o con prodotti tecnici Possiedi capacità di analisi dei competitor e definizione delle USP Padroneggi PowerPoint, Excel e WordPress Hai una conoscenza almeno basica della suite Adobe (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop) Parli e scrivi un buon inglese che verrà testato in sede colloquiale Se conosci una seconda lingua (francese o spagnolo) sarebbe molto gradita sei proattivo, propositivo e ambizioso.
