The results follow. We are seeking a dedicated Sales Administrator to support our self‑employed consultants by managing essential administrative tasks. This role ensures seamless operations and effective support for our team.Responsibilities Manage and oversee contract administration processes.Conduct and manage background checks for new hires and existing self‑employed consultants.Maintain and organize the archive systems for easy access and retrieval.Provide support during onboarding sessions, ensuring smooth integration for new team members.Create and enhance internal processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.Required skills Proven experience in an administrative or sales support role.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Fluent in English, both written and spoken.Fluent in Google Sheets / Excel.We believe our best work happens when we collaborate in‑person.
