Overview Engelberg is a premium (luxury) window and door brand, operating as a daughter company of AKFA Group, one of the largest industrial holdings in the country. We are strengthening our marketing team and are looking for a Marketing Specialist who can combine creativity with data-driven decision-making. The work is located in Tashkent, Uzbekistan and we cover all relocation expenses (if you are ready to relocate, please apply to vacancy). Responsibilities Run online/offline marketing campaigns. Analyze market trends and competitors. Drive lead generation and improve funnel performance. Support SMM, brand promotion, and content creation. Manage performance ads and marketing analytics. Track KPIs and optimize campaigns for ROI. Qualifications 2+ years of experience in marketing (preferably in the production of premium windows and doors). Strong digital & performance marketing skills. Google Analytics, CRM, Meta Ads Manager. Creative mindset + strong analytical thinking. Fluent English. Marketing/Business degree.
