You will oversee the management of a strategic three-year audit program for client organizations, meticulously scheduling and executing audits to maintain certification status and stimulate ongoing organizational improvements.Engagement with clients will be a core aspect of your role, involving detailed consultations to understand their operational challenges and certification objectives, thereby positioning yourself as a trusted advisor. Collaborating cross-functionally with internal teams, you will facilitate the implementation of audit findings and corrective actions, ensuring that recommendations translate into measurable improvements.You will maintain acute awareness of evolving aerospace industry standards, regulatory requirements such as EASA Part 145 and Part 21, and emerging best practices, allowing you to provide informed guidance to clients and to enhance RINA Services’ position as an industry thought leader.
