Production Manager Veterinary Medicinal Products and Nutritional SupplementsThe Production Manager is responsible for overseeing and optimizing the production of veterinary medicinal products and nutritional supplements, ensuring compliance with GMP regulations, quality standards, and safety requirements. The role involves managing manufacturing operations, leading production teams and Engineering & Maintenance functions, and coordinating with Quality, Regulatory, Supply Chain, and other functions to ensure efficient, compliant, and cost-effective production.Main Responsibilities:Manage daily manufacturing operations for veterinary pharmaceuticals and nutritional products, ensuring adherence to approved processes and production schedules.Ensure full compliance with GMP, health and safety regulations, and internal quality systems.Lead, coach, and develop production supervisors and operators, fostering a culture of quality, safety, and continuous improvement.Collaborate with Quality Assurance and Quality Control to support batch release, deviation investigations, CAPA implementation, and audits (internal and external).Oversee manufacturing documentation, including batch records, SOPs, and production reports, ensuring accuracy and data integrity.Plan, manage, and control the manufacturing budget, including personnel costs, maintenance expenses, and capital investments (CapEx).Drive continuous improvement initiatives (Lean, Six Sigma, OEE optimization, digitalization) to improve efficiency and control manufacturing costs.Support technology
