Based in Italy, and truthful to its DNA, KIKO MILANO takes advantage of combining trustworthy quality, creativity and stunning aestheticsYour role at KIKO MILANOWe are looking for an Global Audit Intern to join KIKO MILANO’s Global Audit Team.Such talent will play a crucial role in providing independence and objective assurance and advicing concerning the governance, risk management and internal control processes to all KIKO companies worldwide through its audit’s engagement.In particular, you will:Supporting audits across the world, based on the Internal Audit Plan;Assisting with the periodic reporting activities and preparation of audit documentation;Supporting follow-up processes, including the monitoring of corrective actions;Supporting the Store Continuous Monitoring project, aimed at identifying the need of training and potential fraud in stores;Analyzing data and trends to detect irregularities and potential fraud schemes;Contributing to the planning and execution of in-store visits and investigations when necessary.What you will need to succeedGraduated in Economics/Management;Good knowledge of Microsoft Office package;Fluency in Italian and English (written and spoken). A knowledge of other European language is a plus;You are ambitious and strives to be best-in-class and looks for profiles with excellent learning capacity, attention to the detail, strong analytical skills, a sceptical mind and out of the box thinking.The following are considered a plus:Basic knowledge of SAP and SQL for supporting the Store Continuous Monitoring project (data analysis and fraud detection);Previous internship experience in a similar role of an international company;Are flexible and willing to travel internationally (up to 20%)We would love if you hadDesire to be best-in-class and excellent learning capacity, attention to the detail, strong analytical skills, a sceptical mind and out of the box thinking;Openness to a culture of continuous feedback;Strong organizational skills with an ability to re- prioritize as required to meet deadlines;Emotional Intelligence;Highly collaborative style and willingness and demonstrated ability to work in teams.KIKO si impegna ad ampliare i propri sforzi per garantire le Pari Opportunità e dedica una particolare attenzione all’integrazione delle persone con disabilità all’interno dell’azienda.
