After growing rapidly in the last few years, we look for ambitious talent to contribute to CYBEX’s success story.Your seat to fillProcess customer orders via phone, email, and SAP.Coordinate deliveries and resolve logistics-related issues.Provide administrative support to the Accounts Payable and Finance teams.Act as the main point of contact for customers and sales representatives.Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional manner.Receive, organize, and maintain warehouse inventory.Prepare packages and coordinate shipments.Assist with local transport and the setup or dismantling of POS materials and products.Manage day-to-day office operations.Your stroll to CYBEXSolid understanding of customer service principles and practices.Proficient in MS Office applications.Excellent command of Italian and English (spoken and written).SAP or CRM system experience preferred.Relevant experience in a back-office or similar role.Category B driving license and willingness to travel.CYBEX operates globally and has employees from copious nations.
