Our wonderful Bluebells Room Leader has been offered a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to pursue a new career path, and while we will miss them dearly, this opens the door for a passionate, experienced, and inspiring teacher to step into a key leadership role in our toddler room.Why Bumblebees?Located in the heart of Whitford Village (just 10 minutes from Howick and 5 minutes from Flat Bush), Bumblebees is surrounded by lush greenery, native birdlife, and fresh country air.Our centre is inspired by the philosophies of Pennie Brownlee and Reggio Emilia, fostering a nurturing, respectful, and stimulating environment for both tamariki and kaiako.You’ll be joining a supportive, and collaborative teaching team who are passionate about the wellbeing and learning outcomes of tamariki.About the Role:As Room Leader in our Bluebells toddler room (2-3.5 year olds), you’ll be responsible for leading a team of 3 other kaiako with kindness and confidence. You’ll set the tone for a calm, inspiring space where curiosity is nurtured and tamariki feel safe to explore, learn, and grow.To thrive in this role, you’ll bring a strong understanding of the toddler years—a unique and important time of growth.
