Work Analysis Coordinator – Marelli Join to apply for theWork Analysis Coordinatorrole atMarelliOur story is built on innovation and manufacturing excellence, and we empower teams to shape the future of mobility.About the Position The Work Analysis Coordinator will work within the Electronics team and report directly to the Head of Manufacturing Engineering & Processes. This role is based in Corbetta (MI), Italy.Key responsibilities include:Ensuring the local Plant Manufacturing planning, production planning and control aligns with common worldwide standards related to hourly manpower management, cycle time analysis and production performance measurement and improvement.Spreading common Work Analysis standards among plants, verifying local understanding and ensuring alignment to manufacturing guidelines.Guaranteeing the proper level of expertise inside the plants on Work Analysis topics.Establishing a homogeneous set of KPIs to measure production performance and engaging plants in monitoring and continuous improvement.Supporting plants in preparing the budget, forecast and five‑year plan, ensuring compliance with Electronics overall targets and roadmap.Promoting internal benchmarking among plants by exchanging best practices and turning plant Best Practices into common standards.QualificationsDegree in Engineering or relevant experience.Fluent in English.Knowledge and experience in time and motion study via MTM UAS system.Deep knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles.Competence in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.Highly target‑oriented.Strong interpersonal communication skills in a worldwide environment.Open to proposing and driving pragmatic solutions under time and cost constraints.Strong problem‑solving skills.Team player.Availability for business travel.What the Position OffersFast‑paced yet supportive high‑performing international team.Support in onboarding and ongoing training.A hybrid work model balancing remote focus time and purposeful office collaboration.Take the Next Step Together we will drive the world toward a safer, greener, and more connected future.
