We are looking for a BackEnd Developer to perform the following activities:Lead and mentor a backend team (4–5 devs) Design and oversee backend architecture (Laravel + AWS) Design and optimize relational databases (MySQL/MariaDB on AWS RDS) Develop and maintain backend services (PHP) Deploy and scale via AWS ECS and Lambda Collaborate with Product, DevOps for IaC automation (Terraform), and CTO Monitor systems via CloudWatch and Datadog Support ETL / Data Integration processes (Laravel or Apache Hop) Ensure code quality, documentation, and Agile processes Shape product technical roadmapWhat are we looking for in you?
