You know that you will have to apply your deep analytical skills to support content acquisition decisions, both qualitatively (the ‘what’ and ‘where’ and ‘from who’) and quantitatively (the ‘how’ and ‘when’).You will focus on the operational execution of content acquisition within your assigned category, ensuring smooth day-to-day management of the acquisition process and assessing the performance of content to inform ongoing recommendations. Your proficiency with Excel is advanced and these tools feel like natural extensions of your analytical capabilities. You possess excellent writing abilities, crafting compelling arguments that address potential counterpoints and alternative perspectives. Your collaborative approach is matched by your excellent stakeholder management skills, as you balance priorities while managing expectations.Key job responsibilitiesSupporting the operational execution of the Turkey catalogue within Prime Video, implementing the established content plan and managing day-to-day acquisition activitiesSupporting the acquisition process, including sourcing, evaluating and launching film and TV content to help reach Prime Video’s goalsExecuting all aspects of the content acquisition process, including building analytical models to show value from titles, analyzing results to drive improvements and collaboration with internal teams on processes to manage content and contracts internally (marketing, public relations, finance, accounting, operations, publishing etc.)Tracking and reporting on the performance of your content category within Prime Video against established targetsAbout the teamYou will be part of the team of the Head of Content and Programming, and will join a peer Senior Content Acquisition Manager and the Senior Programming Lead.
