Why LexDo.it? ~ We are the leaders in opening a new business online in Italy ~A 360° service: legal, tax, and accounting support — all online, all streamlined We're hiring a Chief of Staff — Milan (Hybrid) - Finance & Operations Focus Reporting to: CEO & Founder We're looking for a high-trust operator with strong finance instincts , someone who can turn strategy into execution, build financial-operational rigor, and act as the CEO's multiplier across planning, cadence, and cross-functional initiatives. Support CEO & Finance team with budgeting, cashflow tracking, scenario modelling. Lead 2–3 cross-functional "tiger team" projects each quarter (e.g., Own board-pack narrative, investor communications, and due-diligence data rooms. 4–8 years in strategy consulting, business operations, investment banking, or product/ops roles in high-growth environments. ~ Proven track record in running cross-functional projects with measurable impact. ~ Strong analytical capability: advanced Excel/G-Sheets, basic SQL/BI, fast modelling and slide-building. ~ Fluency in Italian and English. ~ Experience in legal-tech, fintech, or regulated B2B services. Remote-friendly policy, learning stipend, top-tier MacBook, optional COO mentorship budget. Growth path: operational ownership → multi-function leadership → Head of Ops / COO in 2–3 years.
