Our client is hiring a VP of Business DevelopmentOur client, Instantly.ai - a fast-growing PLG SaaS company - is looking for a high-performing VP of Business Development to build and scale their BD function from scratch.This is a strategic, hands-on role reporting directly to the founders, with full ownership over partnerships, integrations, and strategic deals to drive exponential growth.Your MissionDefine and execute the BD strategy across integrations, partnerships, and strategic dealsBuild and prioritize a partner pipeline (CRMs, enrichment tools, data / GTM platforms)Launch and manage partner programs (tech, affiliate, co-marketing, rev-share)Lead high-impact ecosystem deals with platforms, communities, and marketplacesCollaborate with product / engineering on the integrations roadmapBuild tracking, enablement, and onboarding systems for partnersRepresent Instantly externally with key partners and strategic accountsBuild and lead a lean, high-performing BD teamThe goal is to establish ~10 new high-impact integrations per month (approx. 2 per week).You might be a fit if you have :Proven experience building BD from scratch at a SaaS companyA track record of scaling a SaaS product from ~$20–30M to $100–200M ARRExperience closing high-value strategic partnerships and integrationsDeep understanding of CRM / data / GTM ecosystems and platform leverageA systems mindset: growth loops, distribution flywheels, GTM frameworksA proactive, persuasive, fast-moving working style(Bonus) Experience with outbound / email / SaaS infrastructureLocations: Europe, UK, Eastern Europe, Israel, Canada (EST), Dubai.
