If you're passionate about data-driven strategy and eager to make a difference, this is your chance to take the lead in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.Main responsibilitiesLead the development and delivery of value-added solutions addressing client needs in analytics projects (i.e. predictive analytics, forecasting models, customer segmentation, patient outcomes, marketing mix models) leveraging IQVIA’s extensive databases and Pharma-related expertiseTranslate advanced algorithms and techniques into actionable business insights and recommendations for Pharma clientsDemonstrate strong business acumen by ensuring that all analytical initiatives are strategically aligned with client objectives, delivering solutions that generate measurable impact and support data-driven decision-making across commercial and operational domainsCoordinate and collaborate with skilled teams to plan, organize and deliver timely, accurate, client focused workOversee client relationships and contract requirements, ensuring high-quality delivery and client satisfactionServe as the point of contact for the Italian Consulting Unit Innovation track, contributing to the development of GenAI methodologies and new offeringsStay ahead of industry trends, especially in AI/ML, to continuously enhance our analytics offeringsMeet or exceed assigned revenue targets by developing and delivering insightful, value-added solutions that address complex client issuesSeek out and identify new revenue opportunities at existing and potential clients – ensure a continuous flow of business from client engagements, taking leading role in proposal development to ensure actionable, on-target and timely proposals are provided to clientsServe as a solutions‑based expert, internally and externally, by applying problem solving skillsContribute to the enhanced awareness of IQVIA in the marketplace, e.g. through speaking, engagements, client meetings, publications etcTeam LeadershipAssume people‑management responsibilities for more junior team membersProactively mentor, coach, and serve as ‘capabilities builder’ for junior resources to elevate our capabilities to deliver world‑class solutions for clientsCollaborate with other peers on shaping organizational culture and creating an environment which supports career progression for all members of the teamDesired Qualifications and ExperienceMSc degree or PhD in Statistics, Data Science, Mathematics, Physics, Economics or Engineering with strong record of academic achievement8+ years’ consulting work experience with a consulting firm and exposure to Advanced Analytics, Data Science and AI projects, preferably in the life science industryPersonal & Technical SkillsProficiency both in Italian and in English (both written and spoken)Deep knowledge on statistical analysis, probabilistic calculation, machine learning algorithms and techniques, Cloud platforms (i.e. Azure)Deep knowledge with programming tools (MUST HAVE Python) and distributed computing programming systems (i.e. Spark)Strong communication and problem solving skillsExcellent execution skillsAbility to manage multiple projects, juggle priorities and deliver on tight deadlinesPossess exemplary business development skillsWork willingly and effectively with others in and across the organization to accomplish team goalsDemonstrated strategic thinking and planning and change management skillsExcellent interpersonal and networking skillsValue people’s opinions and encourages knowledge sharing.High level of energy, drive and enthusiasmStrong client relationship and influencing skillsLocation: Milan, Italy (hybrid)IQVIA is a leading global provider of clinical research services, commercial insights and healthcare intelligence to the life sciences and healthcare industries.
