Your job By joining our team as an HR Business Partner you will be working within our Global HR team as the HR expert for the Italy and Spanish regions. This role will be a new position based in Milan, Italy and will include regular travel between countries to collaborate directly with Senior Management teams on HR issues and support the expansion of sales organizations. This is a standalone role with an indirect line of support from the international HR team. Your responsibilities will include: Establishing and implementing the HR strategy while contributing to the company’s success and growth in the region. You will be sparring partner for the regional management teams and local contact person for employees. Providing HR support, training and coaching managers in all HR related areas, such as leadership, culture, recruitment, performance management, people development and reward. Driving and supporting labor relations including negotiations with the unions. Executing HR deliverables and be responsible for implementing and communicating HR policies, directives and processes. Managing contracting, reporting and other administrative tasks in cooperation with internal and external service partners (for example out-sourced payroll). Your profile Strong HR Business Partner experience ideally in a commercial / Sales business. Experience and high interest in organizational development and change management. Strong commitment to contributing to the success and growth of the company. Familiarity with labor legislation concepts in Italy. Understanding of Spanish labor laws would be an advantage. A university degree in Human Resources or similar would be beneficial. High level experience of stakeholder management and the ability to build professional relationships with internal and external customers. Full professional proficiency in English, Italian and Spanish is a must due to local employee/business requirements.
