The role involves executing detailed evaluations and generating thorough reports to ensure compliance and safety standards are consistently met in this critical transportation domain.Key AccountabilitiesAct as the main point of contact for our clients, lead meetings with clients and our assessment team; #LI-MC1Lead assessment project and involved assessment team, both in national and foreign project;Perform assessment activities related to the projects in the Railway Rolling Stock domain;Ensure the deliveries foreseen by our assessment and verification plans;Work with efficient dialogue and support the project actively in reaching the satisfactory results in time;Conduct activities in line with internal procedure, accreditation schemes, legislation and industry standards.Education Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical EngineeringQualificationsA minimum of 3/5 years of demonstrated experience in conducting assessments, validations, and audits within the railway industry, with a strong emphasis on rolling stock.Comprehensive knowledge of railway system design, operations, maintenance, and regulatory compliance, including familiarity with safety management systems and quality assurance frameworks applicable to the railway sector.Proven experience in preparing detailed, accurate assessment reports aligned with organizational requirements and international industry standards such as UIC, ERA, and EN standards.Solid understanding of railway certification processes, risk management, and performance evaluation methodologies.Strong analytical skills and the ability to critically evaluate technical systems, infrastructure, and operational procedures within the railway environment.Excellent written and oral communication skills, enabling clear presentation of complex technical information to diverse audiences.A commitment to continuous professional development and the ability to stay abreast of evolving industry standards, legislative changes, and emerging safety practices.ADDRESS THE WAY - Have a big picture of different situations and reinterpret it in a perspective wayBUILD NETWORK - Forge trust relationships, across departments, and outside the organizationCLIENT INTIMACY - Embrace internal and external client needs, expectations, and requirements to ensure maximum satisfactionEARN TRUST - Take everyone's opinion into
